The Senior Executive, Treasury will oversee cash flow management, financial risk mitigation, and banking relationships to support the financial health of the organization. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and efficient treasury operations within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.

Job Description

  • Manage daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
  • Oversee banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms for financial transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including cash forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Execute foreign exchange transactions and manage currency risk effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for treasury activities.
  • Support the implementation of treasury management systems and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department on financial planning and reporting.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial strategies and performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Executive, Treasury should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management, financial instruments, and treasury operations.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools.
  • Experience in the Energy & Natural Resources industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
