  • Collaborate with the technology department to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support infrastructure needs.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
