Job Description

  • Own delivery across the full SDLC-from requirements gathering to testing and production rollout
  • Translate business needs into clear technical and testing requirements
  • Implement scalable test strategies and automation frameworks
  • Execute both manual and automated testing, ensuring system reliability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Ensure strong test coverage, defect tracking, and quality assurance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement across QA practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes
  • Produce clear documentation (JIRA, Confluence) to support cross-team knowledge sharing

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience in business analysis and QA across the full SDLC
  • Strong ability to translate requirements into clear, effective test cases and strategies
  • Hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, MVC, Web Services) and SQL databases
  • Good understanding of manual and automated testing practices
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on system quality, performance, and reliability
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
