Job Description

  • Lead the design and execution of electrical, instrumentation, and automation programming tasks.
  • Develop PLC programs and HMI/SCADA interfaces aligned with project requirements.
  • Perform internal hardware-software integration tests and manage Factory Acceptance Tests.
  • Execute site commissioning and lead Site Acceptance Tests at customer premises.
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors throughout project phases.
  • Troubleshoot electrical wiring, PLC logic, and automation systems on site.
  • Supervise cable routing, cable tray installation, and overall site activity.
  • Carry out other engineering duties assigned by the Manager.
  • Lead commissioning activities for beverage process equipment and associated systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • A diploma or degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in automation, preferably in beverage processing systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with IEC 61131‑3 programming (Ladder, FBD, Structured Text).
  • Skilled in PLC, drive systems, HMI, and SCADA development; Siemens platform expertise is a strong advantage.
  • Capable of designing and interpreting electrical drawings.
  • Solid knowledge of process control and industrial automation workflows.
  • Able to lead commissioning and troubleshooting independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel for outstation or overseas work when required.
  • Experience supervising site installation and cable management activities.
