Job Description

  • Plan and execute internal audits to evaluate compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial records and operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control standards and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide insights to enhance financial reporting accuracy and transparency.
  • Support external auditors during periodic audits and reviews.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in the insurance sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Auditor should have:

  • A strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in auditing within the insurance or banking and financial services industry/ Big 4 with insurance or banking client experience.
  • Proficiency in audit tools and financial systems.
