Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Advanced Analytics to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions that create meaningful business impact.In this strategic role, you will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and data professionals to transform complex business challenges into actionable insights and scalable AI-driven solutions.Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of machine learning and advanced analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Driving data-driven decision-making through predictive analytics, dashboards, and strategic insights.
  • Managing the full analytics lifecycle, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Evaluating and introducing emerging AI, machine learning, and data technologies to enhance business capabilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, model risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and mentoring data scientists and analysts while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Collaborating closely with Data Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated analytics solutions



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Advanced Analytics should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Advanced Analytics roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading or managing analytics teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, R, and machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of big data and cloud platforms such as Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convert data insights into business value.
  • Previous experience delivering analytics initiatives within banking, financial services, or a regulated environment. [
  • Exposure to data governance, model risk management, and ethical AI practices.
