Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain financial health.
  • Monitor and report on budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement within the accounting function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

  • A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
