Job Description

  • Support and enhance SAP SD solutions within a global business environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective system solutions
  • Configure and optimise SAP S/4HANA Sales, Pricing, and Order-to-Cash processes
  • Support EDI integrations, testing activities, and issue resolution with internal and external partners
  • Participate in system enhancements, deployments, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support
  • Troubleshoot application issues and drive continuous process improvements
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to deliver scalable, business-focused technology solutions
  • Contribute to retail and omnichannel initiatives, helping improve customer and operational experiences

The Successful Applicant

A successful Functional SAP SD Consultant should have:

  • Over 2 years of experience supporting SAP SD, Sales, Logistics, or retail business processes
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Order-to-Cash (OTC), and pricing configuration
  • Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions
  • Experience working closely with business users, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Exposure to EDI integrations, SAP CAR modules, or retail technology environments would be an advantage
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different functions and regions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and globally connected team environment
