Job Description

* Support and enhance SAP FICO solutions across global business operations

* Gather and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions

* Perform SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization activities

* Provide 3rd-level support for complex SAP FICO incidents and enhancements

* Work closely with Accounting, Finance, Process Managers, and IT stakeholders

* Coordinate with developers for custom developments and testing activities

* Participate in regional and global SAP projects, rollouts, and improvements

* Support S/4HANA transformation and continuous process enhancement initiatives

* Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance where required

The Successful Applicant

A successful SAP FICO specialist should have:

* 5-8 years of SAP FICO Functional consulting experience

* Strong hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO)

* Mandatory SAP S/4HANA experience

* Strong SAP configuration and troubleshooting capabilities

* Experience supporting Finance and Accounting business processes

* Experience gathering requirements and engaging business stakeholders

* Ability to act as liaison between business users and technical teams

* Experience providing L3 Support / Production Support alongside project work

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment

* Fluent English communication skills

What's on Offer

  • Salary between MYR 162,000 and MYR 198,000 annually.
  • 1-month contractual bonus and a 10% performance bonus.
  • Permanent position in the retail industry with opportunities for skill development.
