Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end setup of SAP PM ECC structures including Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Work Centers, Task Lists, and Measuring Points.
  • Design and configure PM processes such as preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and corrective maintenance aligned with business requirements.
  • Integrate SAP PM with MM for efficient spare parts and material management (including maintenance BOMs, material reservations, and stock handling).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless process alignment.
  • Manage and execute data migration for PM master data (functional locations, equipment, measuring points, etc.) ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and provide functional documentation and training to key users.
  • Provide post-implementation support and stabilization after go-live, ensuring optimal system performance and adoption.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SAP ECC professional should have:

  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
  • At least 2 full end-to-end SAP PM ECC rollouts - from blueprinting to go-live.
  • Strong hands-on configuration experience in setting up PM master data structures (functional locations, equipment, work centers, measuring points).
  • Proven experience in MM integration for spare parts and maintenance material management.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and templates (LSMW, BAPIs, or custom programs).
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
