Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, calls, and social media with fast, accurate, and empathetic support
  • Handle complaints professionally, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution
  • Engage customers to recommend suitable health products, upsell, and drive sales conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and support teams to improve customer experience
  • Track and report on enquiries, sales performance, and customer feedback



The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years experience in customer service, e-commerce, or sales (health/wellness exposure is a plus)
  • Strong communication and empathy, able to handle sensitive health-related enquiries confidently
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell, convert leads, and hit KPIs
  • Comfortable handling high-volume chats (WhatsApp/social media) with fast response time
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complaints calmly and professionally
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multi-task across customer queries, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Team player who can work closely with operations, marketing, and internal stakeholders
