Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including proposing competitive sales packages and initiatives to drive performance.
  • Monitor booking conversions, quota utilization, and sales pipeline progress to ensure plans are executed efficiently.
  • Contribute insights during product planning and pricing discussions to help deliver offerings that align with market expectations and buyer demand.
  • Analyze market conditions, customer behavior, and industry trends, and share actionable insights with management to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and prepare comprehensive sales kits to clearly communicate product features and value to customers.
  • Conduct internal training sessions to improve the sales team's techniques, strategies, and overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure full alignment with business plan targets and develop project-level sales plans that support overall organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in property sales or marketing, covering residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
  • Strong understanding of building and property specifications.
  • Familiarity with quality, environmental, safety, and health management systems, including risk assessment and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually.
  • Sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to develop talent and lead a team effectively.
