Job Description

  • Execute sales activities to support business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore new business opportunities.
  • Contact and follow up on new and existing leads to secure sales.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service on scheduling and delivery matters.
  • Prepare quotations and product documentation.
  • Communicate product pricing to Customer Service.
  • Act as the liaison between customers, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery and demand fulfilment.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with collections, customer satisfaction surveys, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Work with QA/QC to resolve quality-related customer complaints.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel and must have own transport.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of sales systems is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work well with people at all levels.
