We are seeking a RTR Spanish Speaker to join the Accounting & Finance department in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. This role involves maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Assist with audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements in the accounting function.
  • Communicate effectively in Spanish for collaboration with international teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Spanish Speaker should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Spanish at least B2, both written and verbal. B1 is considered.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Willing to work for night shift.
