Job Description

  • Manage and maintain general ledger accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of reconciliations.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and enhance internal controls within the accounting processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in general ledger management and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
