The Technical Leader - Data Centres will be responsible to act as the regional technical authority for complex data centre solutions, serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers. This role leads solution design, standardisation, stakeholder coordination and technical governance across tendering and execution phases.

Job Description

    • Act as the regional technical authority and primary technical contact for customers
    • Lead the design, optimisation and standardisation of data centre solutions across multiple countries
    • Translate customer technical requirements into scalable, cost‑effective and compliant solutions
    • Oversee end‑to‑end technical scope from pre‑tender design through execution and commissioning
    • Coordinate engineers, project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure integrated delivery
    • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, cybersecurity and technical governance standards
    • Manage technical risks, deviations, changes and variation impacts in collaboration with project teams
    • Lead technical discussions, clarifications and knowledge transfer with customers and internal teams
    • Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement and best practices



The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
    • Minimum 7 years' experience leading technical scopes of complex or international projects
    • Experience in data centres or critical infrastructure environments preferred
    • Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV power systems, UPS, cooling, monitoring and control systems
    • Proven ability to lead in complex, matrix and multi‑stakeholder environments
    • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to coach, mentor and collaborate effectively across teams
