Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Ownend‑to‑end regional supply planning execution acrossAPAC, applying strong technical planning judgement to balance product availability, inventory levels, and lead times
  • Act as the lead contributor for allocation, prioritisation, and recovery planning, providing clear recommendations and structured escalation where required
  • Translate supply plans into effective execution, including order actions, replenishment flows, and coordination with regional and global distribution centres
  • Partner closely with demand planning, logistics, order processing, and country supply teams to align planning decisions with operational realities
  • Drive value‑added initiatives beyond BAU, including process improvements, planning efficiency, and enhancement of supply planning tools



The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Planning Lead should have:

  • Strong technical credibility in supply planning, with the ability to apply sound judgement across inventory, lead times, allocation, and replenishment decisions
  • Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, within product‑based environments managing physical goods, such as (for example) pharmaceuticals, chemicals, medical devices, oil & gas, or industrial/manufacturing‑led businesses
  • Hands‑on exposure to inventory management, lead times, allocation, and DC replenishment
  • Experience working across regional or multi‑country supply networks
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP as a core planning system
  • Confidence working with cross‑functional stakeholders and influencing decisions without formal authority
