Job Description

As the Regional Supply Chain Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for transforming supply chain data into actionable insights that support business performance and decision-making across the region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analytics using Power BI and related reporting tools.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities across supply chain operations.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive reporting standardization, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Play a key role in building a newly established analytics function, with the opportunity to grow into a future leadership position as the team expands



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Supply Chain Analytics Lead should have:

  • Experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, performance reporting, or data analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Power Query, advanced Excel, and data analysis techniques.
  • Good understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, planning, order management, or related business processes.
  • Experience tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and business reporting frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence through data.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process optimization initiatives would be advantageous.
  • Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, logistics, industrial, or other operationally intensive environments would be an added advantage
