Job DescriptionAs the Regional Supply Chain Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for transforming supply chain data into actionable insights that support business performance and decision-making across the region. Key responsibilities include:Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analytics using Power BI and related reporting tools.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities across supply chain operations.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making.Drive reporting standardization, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.Play a key role in building a newly established analytics function, with the opportunity to grow into a future leadership position as the team expandsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Regional Supply Chain Analytics Lead should have:Experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, performance reporting, or data analytics roles.Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.Hands-on experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar reporting tools.Proficiency in Power Query, advanced Excel, and data analysis techniques.Good understanding of supply chain operations, logistics, planning, order management, or related business processes.Experience tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and business reporting frameworks.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence through data.Exposure to continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process optimization initiatives would be advantageous.Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, logistics, industrial, or other operationally intensive environments would be an added advantageWhat's on OfferOpportunity to build and shape a newly establishedanalytics capabilityOwnership of dashboards, reporting, and performance insightsExposure to digital transformation and data-driven initiativesCollaborative multinational environment with strong career development opportunitiesHybrid working arrangementsIf you enjoy uncovering insights from data, building meaningful dashboards, and influencing business decisions through analytics, we'd love to hear from you.
