Job Description

  • Drive sales, marketing, and aftermarket objectives across the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage distribution channels including dealers, sub-dealers, and agents.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base, especially for large equipment segments.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions to support customer financing solutions.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Support regional business development projects and strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, machinery, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of construction, mining, or industrial machinery markets.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, independent, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and relationship management capabilities.
