Job Description

  • Own end‑to‑end freight, warehousing, transportation, and order management operations across the region
  • Act as the individual contributor for freight operations, managing international and local distribution activities
  • Oversee order management operations supported by an outsourced team
  • Partner closely with third‑party logistics providers to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and analytics
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and identify risks and optimisation opportunities
  • Serve as the SAP subject matter expert for logistics and order management, troubleshooting system issues and implementing sustainable fixes
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with supply chain, customer service, and commercial stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Freight and Fulfillment Manager should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in freight, logistics, warehousing, or order management
  • Hands‑on freight operations experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics environments
  • Strong SAP knowledge with proven troubleshooting capability
  • Experience working in a regional or multinational setup
  • Highly analytical with strong critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset and continuous improvement approach
  • Comfortable managing outsourced teams and external vendors
