Job Description

  • Direct the end‑to‑end financial reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory standards, and proper consolidation of group entities.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting activities to drive informed strategic planning and cost control across initiatives.
  • Establish and refine financial policies, controls, and procedures to strengthen operational effectiveness and governance.
  • Manage cash flow planning and treasury operations, including hedging strategies, to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial exposure.
  • Interpret financial results and conduct analytical reviews to deliver insights that enhance business performance and support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and uphold financial integrity.
  • Lead, coach, and empower the Accounting & Finance team to meet functional goals and maintain high professional standards.
  • Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, risk management, and international tax matters to support sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have :

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage cash flow and treasury operations effectively.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to provide strategic insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
