Job Description

Strategic Finance & Commercial Performance

  • Partner the Regional MD to set budgets, forecasts, and targets, driving delivery and accountability.
  • Lead commercial levers including customer growth, pricing strategy, and ROI-driven initiatives.
  • Drive performance management, linking financial outcomes to key drivers (customer growth pricing, cost, margins).



Reporting, Controls & Governance

  • Oversee monthly reporting and KPI analysis, including variance vs budget/prior year.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, statutory compliance, and audit readiness, managing auditor relationships.
  • Govern and challenge outputs from outsourced finance providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.



Strategy, Investment & Transformation

  • Lead 3-5 year strategic planning and develop robust investment cases and post-investment reviews to ensure return on capital targets are achieved.
  • Own capital allocation and Capex governance, including investment cases, scenario modelling, and ROI tracking.
  • Drive finance transformation (systems, processes, outsourcing model) to improve efficiency, scalability, and controls.



Cash, Tax & Leadership

  • Optimise cash flow, working capital, and treasury coordination with Group.
  • Ensure tax compliance and optimisation across the region.
  • Lead and develop the regional finance function, supporting broader leadership, procurement, and resource efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Finance Director should have:

  • A professional finance qualification (ACCA, CA, CIMA, CPA)
  • Proven leadership experience with experience managing international stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in strategic planning and resource management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
