Job Description

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems for financial processes across the Australasia region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP solutions with business needs and objectives.
  • Provide expertise in accounting and finance to ensure accurate system configuration and data integrity.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for financial system users to enhance proficiency and adoption.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Act as the main point of contact for ERP-related inquiries and support in the region.
  • Analyze financial data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with regional and international financial regulations in ERP operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional ERP Finance Lead (Australasia) should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A hands-on D365 F&O Finance super user, with strong exposure to Standard Costing and AMC Banking
  • Solid core finance grounding (GL, AP, AR, Tax, Manufacturing Finance)
  • Proven expertise in ERP system implementation and optimization within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing complex projects.
