Job Description

  • Oversee and manage regional customer service operations, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to optimize end-to-end order management processes.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer service team across the region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance digital transformation within the customer service function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Customer Service Director (Supply Chain) should have:

  • A degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service leadership roles within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of order management processes and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to customer service operation.
