Job Description

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications and backend services
  • Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Work closely with teammates to design, enhance, and troubleshoot solutions
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
  • Write clean, well‑documented code and perform unit/integration testing
  • Help improve system performance, stability, and internal development practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Python Developer should have:

  • 4+ years of experience working with Python in an application or backend development environment
  • Hands‑on exposure to Python frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, FastAPI) and RESTful APIs
  • Comfortable working with SQL databases and understanding data flows in enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and modern development tools (Git, CI/CD, Jira, etc.)
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within cross‑functional and multicultural teams
  • A proactive attitude with curiosity to learn and grow in a fast‑moving technology environment
