Job Description

  • Lead and manage the procure-to-pay (PTP) team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Monitor and improve PTP processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all PTP activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present PTP-related reports to senior management.
  • Support system enhancements and automation initiatives within the PTP function.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to foster professional development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for PTP-related queries and escalations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PTP Team Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in end to end Accounts Payable within Shared Services. (MUST HAVE)
  • 2-3 years in managing a team of more than 10 members. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
