Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and configure SAP solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure system reliability.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for effective system adoption.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, including functional specifications and progress reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP features and enhancements to recommend best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SAP Project Manager should have:

  • Strong expertise in SAP and its modules, with a solid understanding of ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering technology projects within the business services industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Project management certification would be an added advantage.
