This is a hybrid role (Project Management + Business Analysis) where you'll coordinate end-to-end delivery of Web3 fintech products, working closely with business and technical teams while leveraging Agile methodologies and AI tools to drive project execution. Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories, tasks, and documentation.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive resolutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, process flows, and user journey documentation.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI) to improve productivity and documentation quality.
  • Support the development and delivery of Web3 fintech products, including crypto payment, wallet, and blockchain-related solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Mandarin speaker is a must.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a PM/BA hybrid role.
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work closely with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Web3/Blockchain concepts such as crypto wallets, tokens, and smart contracts is preferred.
  • Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Notion AI.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
