Job Description

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on product knowledge to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and agency teams to align training materials with brand strategies.
  • Prepare and update training modules, presentations, and materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and online training sessions to enhance product understanding.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Act as a product subject matter expert, addressing queries and providing detailed information as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support the marketing team in launching new products by providing training and insights to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Trainer should have:
