The role ensures compliance with quality standards, drives defect resolution through root cause analysis, and supports customer-facing quality activities.

Job Description

  • Lead a team in conducting pre-delivery inspections of machines and subassemblies
  • Oversee and validate acceptance testing of products before delivery
  • Ensure accurate documentation of inspection results and quality reports
  • Identify, report, and drive resolution of defects with production teams
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Issue non-conformance reports for deviations from specifications
  • Monitor and manage quality KPIs for continuous performance improvement
  • Prepare quality documentation required for customer acceptance testing
  • Engage with global customer representatives during acceptance processes
  • Maintain controlled documentation and inspection records accurately and on time
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes
  • Control release of machines for further processing based on quality compliance

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in complex machinery assembly, preferably in quality roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical environments
  • Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings
  • Hands-on experience with quality measuring instruments
  • Proficient in MS Windows applications; SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with good command of English
