Job Description

  • Ensure end‑to‑end SKU integrity across product lifecycle stages including new launches, restages, and discontinuations
  • Maintain accurate and complete product master data across ERP and MDM systems to support forecasting and planning processes
  • Execute portfolio optimisation and SKU rationalisation activities using standardised playbooks and analytical frameworks
  • Support annual portfolio health checks and ongoing SKU reviews, including ABC/XYZ and performance analyses
  • Monitor stock depletion and transition performance for delisted or discontinued products
  • Partner closely with demand and supply planning teams to prevent forecast and allocation issues driven by data inconsistencies
  • Support S&OP and product review cycles through accurate lifecycle tracking and portfolio visibility
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and standard frameworks to track SKU performance, forecast accuracy, and portfolio health
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with commercial, marketing, finance, procurement, IT, and customer service teams
  • Drive continuous improvement in master data standards, governance, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Lifecycle Management Analyst should have:

  • Strong analytical background with experience in planning, supply chain analytics, or portfolio management
  • Advanced Excel capability with the ability to handle large datasets and complex analyses
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes, inventory principles, and S&OP cycles
  • Hands‑on experience working with ERP / MDM systems and managing product or master data
  • High attention to detail with a structured and disciplined approach to data governance
  • Confident communicator able to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a regional or multinational environment
  • Demonstrates adaptability, active learning, and a continuous improvement mindset
