Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a multi-discipline engineering team focused on sustaining and improving a diverse product portfolio.
  • Develop and oversee robust testing plans across unit, module, and component levels.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support product launches, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate technical findings and progress to leadership and customers.
  • Respond to operational and customer escalations with effective engineering solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Engineering Manager should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing engineering teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in product design and development, especially in RF systems, switch mode power supplies, or semi conductor equipment.
  • Strong experience in analog circuity and product sustaining.
  • Experience in project leadership and people management.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.
