Job Description

  • Support procurement processes, including sourcing and supplier management.
  • Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and managing procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and reports.
  • Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Specialist (Korean Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 5) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Min 1 year of experience in Procurement. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply
  • Proficiency in SAP is an added advantage
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
  • A proactive and responsible approach to work.
