Job Description

  • Support procurement operations and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Manage supplier relationships and align with third-party risk frameworks
  • Track procurement data, analyse performance metrics, and prepare reports
  • Provide user support for procurement systems and handle stakeholder queries
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance procurement processes and efficiency



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Fresh grad are welcomed to apply. Candidate with experience in procurement/P2P/indirect procurement or supply chain is an added advantage
  • Fluency in Japanese (min JLPT N2) and English is required
  • Exposure to procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Oracle or similar) is an added advantage
  • Good analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
