Job Description



As a Process Engineer, you will support manufacturing operations by developing, reviewing, and approving work instructions, introducing new products, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and approving work instructions within the manufacturing documentation system.
  • Leading product and process development in a PCB manufacturing environment.
  • Training production personnel on new processes and equipment.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance quality, productivity, uptime, and cost efficiency.
  • Designing and optimising production processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Troubleshooting production issues and supporting problem-solving activities.
  • Using SAP and creating work instructions based on operational analysis.
  • Applying strong technical and software skills, including AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office.

The Successful Applicant



The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of process engineering experience in a power supply or electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
  • Hands-on experience with SMT lines, paste printers, paste height checkers, reflow ovens, and AOI systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent working skills, along with the ability to train others effectively.
