This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end leadership of a manufacturing site undergoing growth and operational transformation. You will lead teams, improve performance, and shape the evolution of a semi‑automated production environment.

Job Description

  • Lead full site operations including production, engineering, maintenance, quality and supply coordination
  • Own site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people metrics
  • Manage and optimise a semi‑automated manufacturing environment, balancing people, process and technology
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean, operational excellence or similar frameworks
  • Support site growth through workforce planning, capability building and operational scalability
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental standards
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders on capital investments and process upgrades
  • Build a high‑engagement culture focused on accountability, development and performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
  • P&L management
  • Experience in managing continuous manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of operational processes, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
