Job Description

  • Lead the end‑to‑end supply and demand planning function, ensuring optimal service levels and inventory performance
  • Manage and coach a planning team comprising supply and demand planners, building capability and bench strength
  • Drive system‑led planning processes, ensuring strong data integrity and effective use of planning tools
  • Lead inventory strategy, including SKU productivity, transitions, and simplification initiatives
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across commercial, operations, finance, and customer solutions
  • Proactively identify risks and gaps between demand and supply, providing solution‑oriented recommendations
  • Track and review key planning KPIs including service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory health, and productivity metrics
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with finance and regional stakeholders
  • Champion continuous improvement and constructive challenge to existing ways of working

The Successful Applicant

A successful Planning Lead should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in demand forecasting and supply planning within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
