This role entails of carrying out Sales and Marketing initiatives aimed at boosting patient enrolment, strengthening retention, and driving substantial revenue growth. It also drive marketing execution in partnership with Operations and the HQ Marketing teams.

Job Description

  • Monitor regional patient growth and ensure progress toward yearly targets.
  • Promote services to targeted specialists and stakeholders in driving new patient acquisition.
  • Develop and implement partner engagement plans and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach, networking, cold calling, and deliver service‑related presentations.
  • Work with internal teams on physician engagement and awareness activities such as centre visits, health talks, and educational programs.
  • Assist in planning sales strategies to capture market and studying market insights, and contribute to marketing content development.
  • Assist patients, address concerns, and help enhance overall patient experience and retention.
  • Manages inquiries from patients and partners
  • Prepare monthly reports on patient movements and marketing activities.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and follow internal guidelines and procedure

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Corporate Communications.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing or sales roles.
  • Background in strategic planning and marketing management.
  • Experience within the healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Able to present with refined communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer applications.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
