Job Description

  • Lead and manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Monitor and improve vendor management strategies for better collaboration and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across financial operations.
  • Analyze P2P processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to payments.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of new tools or systems to enhance the P2P process.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the P2P team to meet organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in procure-to-pay processes within the Shared Services/GBS industry.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools used in P2P operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A focus on achieving compliance and operational excellence.
