Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Monitor and maintain vendor accounts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making within the accounting & finance department.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards in the FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful P2P Analyst should have:

  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
