Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, including invoicing, credit management, and collections.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and disputes efficiently.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to OTC activities.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing relevant data and insights.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and stakeholders to address their needs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the OTC function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful OTC Analyst (French Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken French.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and financial principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working in the life science industry is an advantage.
