Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end OTC process, ensuring compliance with established procedures and deadlines.
  • Handle invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliations with accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve cash flow management.
  • Maintain and update records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and assist in audits as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively in Cantonese to liaise with stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful OTC (Cantonese Speaker) should have:
