This role supports the full lifecycle of order processing, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment in alignment with global standards. You will act as a key coordination point between customers and internal teams, managing enquiries, order changes, and delivery processes.

Our client is a well-established multinational corporation (MNC) with a strong regional presence, operating through a shared services model to support global business operations.

Job Description

  • Process and validate customer orders against contracts and quotations
  • Manage end-to-end order booking activities in SAP
  • Coordinate discrepancies (pricing, materials, missing data) with internal stakeholders
  • Handle order amendments, scheduling changes, and delivery adjustments
  • Monitor and resolve EDI errors and system discrepancies
  • Maintain customer portal activities including demand downloads and delivery uploads
  • Issue order confirmations and manage customer enquiries via service platforms
  • Coordinate with logistics and transport teams on delivery execution
  • Monitor shipment documentation and follow up on proof of delivery
  • Support exception handling related to delivery or transport issues

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or demand planning within an international environment
  • Proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 5) & English
  • Candidates from procurement/sales support/supply chain are welcomed to apply
  • Willingness to support Korean market working calendar (including public holidays)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage)
  • Strong coordination and customer service skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) is preferred
