Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion P2P Lead Consultant to support and enhance global procurement and accounts payable operations within a high-performing international technology environment.In this role, you will be the go-to expert for Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay processes, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to optimize business operations and deliver system improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading functional support across Oracle Fusion Procurement, Accounts Payable, iSupplier Portal, and Supplier Qualification Management (SQM).
  • Supporting KOFAX scanning solutions and integrations throughout the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
  • Troubleshooting system issues, managing service requests, and delivering continuous enhancements.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Participating in quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing activities, and process documentation to ensure business continuity.
  • Driving process optimization initiatives to improve procurement efficiency, supplier collaboration, and user experience.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Oracle Fusion P2P Lead Consultant should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), iSupplier Portal, and Supplier Qualification Management (SQM).
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, including purchasing, supplier onboarding, invoice automation, and payment workflows.
  • Experience supporting global stakeholders and users across multiple regions.
  • Familiarity with tax engines, compliance requirements, and enterprise procurement systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
