Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion C2F Consultant to support and enhance end-to-end Contract-to-Fulfilment (C2F) operations within a fast-paced global environment.This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless business processes from customer contract intake through fulfilment and delivery execution, while partnering with Sales, Services, Finance, and IT stakeholders worldwide.Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Oracle Fusion Contract-to-Fulfilment processes, including Subscriptions, Revenue Management (RMCS), and related integrations.
  • Troubleshooting system issues, managing service requests, and delivering system enhancements across C2F workflows.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solutions. Supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, testing activities, and documentation efforts.
  • Driving continuous process improvement to enhance fulfilment efficiency, service delivery, and user experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Oracle Fusion C2F Consultant should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Subscriptions, Revenue Management (RMCS), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Strong understanding of the Contract-to-Fulfilment lifecycle, including contract validation, fulfilment tracking, delivery execution, and operational handover.
  • Experience supporting global stakeholders and cross-functional teams across different regions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation, business transformation, and enterprise systems.
