Job Description

  • Oversee the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and issue resolutions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimise O2C workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports related to O2C operations for management review.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Address and resolve escalated issues related to customer accounts or payments.
  • Support audits and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful O2C Process Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process and financial operations.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
