Job Description

  • Lead and manage the entire order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring timely and accurate operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Lead a team of professionals, fostering growth and building a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the implementation of tools and systems to enhance process automation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding O2C matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful O2C Director should have:

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or a similar environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of O2C processes, including billing, collections, and cash applications.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial management tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
