Job Description

  • Act as the subject‑matter expert, providing professional nutritional insights to Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams to substantiate product claims.
  • Plan and deliver health talks, webinars, and internal training sessions to enhance knowledge of nutrition science and product knowledge.
  • Offer professional dietary consultation and guidance to customers, ensuring advice is accurate, ethical, and aligned with best practices.
  • Review product labels, marketing collateral, and educational materials to ensure compliance with local food and health regulations.
  • Participate in company events, exhibitions, and expos as required, representing the brand with professional credibility.
  • Work cross‑functional initiatives and carry out additional duties assigned by the Head of Department as needed.
  • Design, streamline, and continuously improve workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency and elevate customer service standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in nutrition, wellness, or a related field.
  • Prior exposure to the health, supplement, or retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong capability to simplify and communicate scientific information into clear, engaging, and consumer‑friendly content.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required; ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of local food and supplement regulations, including KKM / MOH guidelines.
  • Good public speaking skills with experience in health talks, webinars, live sessions, or training engagements is a plus.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, such as nutritional software, Canva, and AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT).
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment and work closely with marketing and creative teams.
