Job Description

  • Conduct Non‑Destructive Testing on components within the scope of authorised qualifications and approved procedures.
  • Operate NDT equipment (e.g., PT, MT, UT or other applicable methods) while ensuring proper handling of tools and testing materials.
  • Interpret and assess inspection results to detect defects or irregularities based on defined acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare and complete NDT reports and related documentation accurately and on schedule.
  • Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful NDT Inspector should have:

  • Minimum Certificate in NDT, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Mechanical, Quality Assurance, Inspection, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Non‑Destructive Testing or a closely related field.
  • Experience in component inspection and possession of NDT Level 2 (PT, UT, RT, ET) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu, written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in engineering and manufacturing.
