The Fire Life Safety Consulting Engineer will be responsible to deliver fire and life safety consulting services across hospitality and data centre projects, including design reviews, inspections, and risk assessments. The role involves performing fire modelling and egress analysis while supporting projects across Southeast Asia.

Job Description

  • Provide fire life safety consulting services, including design and plan reviews
  • Conduct site inspections for ongoing projects
  • Perform fire safety modelling such as egress analysis and risk assessments
  • Support hospitality and data centre projects across various stages
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Travel within Southeast Asia for project-related inspections

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in fire life safety engineering
  • Experience in design, plan review, and project coordination
  • Exposure to international hospitality projects is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Chinese language skills required for customers in Mandarin speaking regions
